I am a 20 something that has inherited some real estate. I have inherited two paid in full homes. I do not want the sell these homes in the current depressed market. I currently have my own house that I am paying a mortgage on. I rent out rooms in my house to friends and they help pay the mortgage and the rest of the bills. This has worked out quite well and has saved me tens of thousands of dollars over the years. I thought that I could do the same with these new properties.This is the start to my real estate investing and land lording career.
